Xenex has produced several versions of its germ-zapping robots, specifically the 426i (V2), V3, V4 and V5. These robots should only be operated with a lamp which has not been degraded to ensure sufficient germicidal light output. Each of these Robots have been sold with a maintenance program which enables the robots to be properly maintained and new lamps installed on the Robots when the existing lamps becomes degraded. The Robots will continue to flash with a degraded bulb.These robots should not be operated unless the user has a maintenance or service agreement with Xenex which allows the operator to obtain replacement lamps. Accordingly, Robots which are not under a current maintenance or service agreement with Xenex should not be operated. DO NOT USE A XENEX ROBOT UNLESS THE ROBOT IS BEING MAINTAINED UNDER A XENEX SERVICE OR MAINTENANCE PROGRAM.
